Speak'n of Racks

Finally got the motivation to fix that wine rack. First pulled out some card board boxes to put the wine bottles in then pulled the wine rack out and flipped it over. Unscrewed the 8 screws holding the top down. Then drilled holes on the other end of the rack.
The screws for the top are really short so we had to counter sink them half way with some massive drill bit.Might have been easier if we had a sturdy surface with some light rather than two chairs on wheels with cushioning...didn't really make the job easier. Plus when drilling holes to counter sink the screws the slot for the wine bottles were in the way and the holes drilled came out a little crooked. That wasn't a too big of a problem though. Got the top under the rack and screwed in the screws...threw the rack back in the closet and loaded it up with the wine bottles.
Have about 72 bottles in the rack right now. Two of which are random bottles from New Britain that i put in just to take up some more slots. The Pinot Blanc should produce another 28 bottles. That'll be 100 bottles...but some will probably be consumed before the Pinot Blanc is ready for bottling...might be able to get another batch of wine done then take a break for a month or something.
