Sea Pho Run

On our second day on PEI we decided to do some kayaking. It was getting late in the season and some places had already closed. But we stopped by an information center in Cavendish and they found a couple options for us. We bike over to Outside Expedition in Rusticoville, PE. The next kayaking tour wasn't until 1pm so we ran over to the Dunes Cafe in Brackley Beach which was recommended by a friend.
They have an art gallery too! What really peaked my interest was the Dunes Pho on their menu! I just had to try it. It was nothing like pho however but still very tasty.
Uncle Floyd had the chowder and said that it was the best chowder he has had on the trip!

Here is the back of the fancy art gallery/cafe.
The front. I wanted to look around some more but it took a little longer than we thought getting our food so I had to haul butt back to the kayaking place which was 15 minutes away.
After kayaking it was time to say goodbye to Prince Edward Island and head to Moncton, New Brunswick. For dinner we went to the Pump House brewery for some good eats starting with the hummus platter!
For the main course I had the bison (wish it was moose) burger served on beer bread!
This place was pretty funny. On they're menu they had something called "chicken lips" and the caption under it said "because buffalo have wings right?". They were deep fried slices of pepperoni.
